Our law firm was established in 2007. We pride ourselves on the trust we receive from our clients – natural persons, companies, and other organisations, including foundations and associations. Depending on individual needs, we either provide regular legal services or offer assistance in single cases. The specialist legal services offered by our law office include legal advice, drawing up written opinions and analyses, preparing agreements, representing clients both in negotiations with other entities and in court proceedings.
Advocate Anna Demenko, PhD
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Law Faculty of Rheinische-Friedrich- Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn. In June 2012 she obtained a PhD in law. She is fluent in German and English.
Legal practice
Advocate Anna Demenko specialises in civil law, particularly in copyright, industrial property and family law. Moreover, she also deals with commercial and economic issues - she provides assistance in the process of establishing companies and further legal services to commercial entities, including foreign businesses in Poland. She is also experienced in representing clients in court disputes in criminal cases and cases of international character. She supports numerous foundations and NGOs. She is a member of the European Criminal Bar Association.
Scholar work
Since 2013 Anna Demenko holds the position of an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Criminal Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where she lectures on criminal law, fiscal criminal law and European criminal law. In her research she focuses on the relation between criminal law and fundamental rights as well as on transnational criminal law.
